- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup fine caster sugar or white sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Irish stout
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped and shaved
