Cake with zucchini | The Happy Chef

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 125 ml sunflower oil
• 85 g brown sugar
• 350 g coarsely grated zucchini (or two small)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla 2
• 300 g flour
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg attrited
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 85 g in large pieces chopped walnuts
• 140 g raisins
• and butter for oilne form.
