Ingredients

• 200g pure butter shortbread highlanders (Walkers from Migros) or any other cookies
• pinch of salt
• 100g melted butter
• 800g Philadelphia cream cheese
• 200g crème fraîche
• 130g sugar
• 1 pack vanilla sugar
• 1 vanilla pod
• 2 tbsp flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp lemon zest
