• 1 Fresh Egg
• 2 cloves Garlic chopped
• 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Plain Flour
• 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
• 1 Red Pepper deseeded and chopped
• 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 SuperValu Carrot chopped
• 1 tbsp SuperValu Cornflour
• 1 tsp SuperValu Cornflour blended with 1 teaspoon water
• 2 tsp SuperValu Fresh Ginger finely chopped
• 2 SuperValu Quality Irish Pork Chops cut into strips
• 2 SuperValu Scallions chopped
• 1 tsp SuperValu Tomato Purée
• 175 ml Vegetable Stock made with boiling water
• 90 g Wholemeal Rice
