Ingredients

• 3 celery stalks, diced
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 medium red onion, diced
• 2 lbs potatoes, cooked, diced & peeled
• 2 tomatoes, diced & seeds removed
• 5 radishes, diced
• 1 - 1 and 1/2 cups mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp salt
