- 2 beets (medium size)
- 1 carrot (large size)
- 1 apple (cored)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup Purple Label Veganaise (available at most Health Food stores)
- 2 tablespoons raw, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
