- 1 tbsp Light or Regular Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine/Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tsp Cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tsp Korean red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Five spice powder
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
