Ingredients

• 8 eggs
• 1 c. milk
• 1/2 tsp. season salt
• 2 c. shredded hash browns - frozen works just fine
• 1 c. sausage, fried
• 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
• 1/2 c. parmesan
• 1 Tbsp. minced onion, optional
• Additional cheese for topping
• Up to 1 pound bacon, fried - for the topping
