Here's to Sunday Drive's and Chocolate Fruit Pizza
One thing we love to do on a lazy Sunday is hop in the car, and after a leisurely drive stop for a picnic. I made a chocolate fruit pizza to do just that!
Ingredients
- ¾ cup confectioners sugar, sifted
- ¼ cup ground almonds
- 1 ¼ sticks butter, softened
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- fresh fruit slices (kiwi, strawberries, mandarin oranges, etc)
- ¼ cup orange marmalade or peach jam
