Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup water (I use 1/2 water & 1/2 red wine)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- sliced mushrooms (If using them, add with the macaroni, etc.) (optional)
