whino burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1 whole onion(or 2 shallotsfor milder flavor)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tblsp butter
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/3 cup sutter homes merlot wine
• 2lbs ground beef
• 1lb ground pork
• 1/2 lb ground veal
• 1/3 cup chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup chopped basil
• 1 egg
• 1 small can tomato paste more wine (about 1/3 cup merlot sutter home wine)
• 1/2-to almost 1 cup(depending on ur tastes)grated perm/regiiano cheese
• 1 cup mayo
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup ketchup
