Apple Coffee Cake– Beyond the Equator

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 flax egg
• 1/3 cup Crunchy 5 Seed Butter
• 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon non-dairy milk
• 1 large chopped apple (I use star apple, which is why its purple)
• 1 1/2 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Flour*
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3/4 cup oats
• 1 tablespoon Crunchy 5 Seed Butter
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon almond flour
• 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
