Copycat Olive Garden Salad | Faxo

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
• 1/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice from about 1 lemon
• 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 t. dried parsley
• 1 t. dried basil
• 1/2 t. dried oregano
• 1/2 t. garlic powder
• 1/4 t. salt
• 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese or more to taste
• Salad:
• 4-6 c. chopped Romaine lettuce
• half of a small red onion sliced into rings
• 1 large tomato, sliced
• 8 whole Pepperoncini peppers, drained
• 1/3 c. pitted Kalamata olives
• 1/2 c. croutons
• freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• freshly ground black pepper
