• 2 tbsp raisins
• 1 tbsp candied orange peel
• 1 tbsp marzipan, cut into small cubes
• 2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cardamom pods, cracked
• 1 blade mace
