Ingredients

• 5-6 cups cauliflower florets
• 2-3 Tbsp curry powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• salt
• 1 Tbsp Olive oil
• 1 chopped onion
• 2-3 tsp Olive oil
• 2 cups chopped carrots
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 4 cups broth (veggie or chicken)
• 1 cup almond or coconut milk
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 to 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• 1 cup diced sweet potato (optional)
• 1 cup spinach
• Parmesan
• seeds and Parmesan cheese
