- 1/2 oz Mosaic Hops (aroma, 5 minutes)
- American Wheat Yeast (Wyeast 1010 or similar)
- 1 Whirlfloc tablet (optional, for clarity)
- 5 oz priming sugar (for bottling)
- Water to make 5 gallons
