Copycat Kfc Mac 'n Cheese Bowls recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 60g butter
• ¼ cup flour
• 3 cups milk
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 4 tablespoons Tabasco/ or Soul Fire sauce
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 tablespoon ground garlic paste
• Salt & pepper (to taste)
• 6 traingles melrose cheese (optional)
• ½ cup grated yellow cheddar cheese
• ½ cup grated pecorino romano/ or mozzarella cheese
• 500g macaroni (preferably elbow)
• Oil & coarse salt
• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons dried crushed red chillies
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½kg chicken fillet (medium cubes)
• 2-3 eggs
