Ingredients

• 1 packet of sweet ‘trachanas’ (cracked wheat fermented with yoghurt and traditionally dried in the sun)
• 1 packet self-raising flour
• 1 carton of yoghurt
• 1 packet margarine
• 1 sachet dried yeast
• 1½ teacups sugar
• A little ground cinnamon
