MINI PIZZAS WITH POTATO DOUGH

Ingredients

• 2 kilograms of potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes;
• 1 tsp garlic powder;
• 1 tsp onion powder;
• 1 tsp dried oregano .
• 1/4 cup pure tomato puree (find one without additives);
• 1/2 tsp. dried oregano ;
• 1/4 tsp. dried thyme ;
• 1/2 tsp. raw honey.
• 3 to 4 yellow and red cherry tomatoes;
• 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced;
• 2 to 3 mushrooms, thinly sliced;
• 3 to 4 slices of zucchini;
• Some fresh arugula;
• A little fresh basil.
