Delicious Baked Chicken Recipes

Ingredients

• 1: whole chicken with or without skin 1kg (remove the backbone)
• 2: salt 1tbs
• 3: baking powder 5 tsp
• 4: water enough to cover the chicken
• 1: oil 1/4 cup
• 2: ginger paste 1tbs
• 3: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
• 4: coriander powder 2 tbs
• 5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
• 6: star anise powder 1 tsp (grind to a powder)
• 7: paprika powder 2 tsp
• 8: black cardamom powder 1 tsp (dry roast the seeds and grind)
• 9: salt 1 tsp
• 10: lemon juice 1/4 cup
• 11: turmeric 1/2 tsp
• 12: dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
• 13: dry rosemary 1 tsp
• 1: crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp (dry roasted)
• 2: garlic 3 pieces (finely chopped &roasted in 1 tsp oil till golden)
