- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 T. butter or oil
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. frozen peas or green beans, thawed
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 3 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. crushed potato or corn chips (saltine crackers work well, too)
