Zucchini and Chocolate Bread – Crucible Cookware

Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup whole-wheat flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 large eggs - lightly beaten
• 3/4 cup applesauce
• 1/4 cup canola oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 oz chocolate, melted
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts - 1 3/4 ounces
• 2 cups grated zucchini (squeezed with a dishcloth)
• Oil, Butter or cooking spray for the oven form
