- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 bags frozen sweet cherries
- juice of 1 lime or 2 tablespoons Tuscanini Lime Juice
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons cornmeal
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Manischewitz Honey
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 cup pecans (optional)
