- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 or 2 small garlic cloves, peeled and minced or put through a garlic press
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

- Coarse salt and freshly ground white pepper
- All-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
