Hot Dog Biscuits recipe by Faadila Naveed Ahmad

Ingredients

• 125g butter
• ½ cup icing sugar
• ½ cup oil
• ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 cups flour
• Red food colouring
• 1️⃣ Beat butter + icing sugar.
• 2️⃣ Add oil & vanilla, mix well.
• 3️⃣ Add cornflour + flour → form dough.
• 4️⃣ Divide dough → color ¼ red for “viennas,” keep the rest plain for “rolls.”
• 5️⃣ Shape rolls, slit down the center, place red logs on top.
• 6️⃣ Bake @ 180°C until done.
