Gingerbread Men Cookies | F&N Life

Ingredients

• Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Stir in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and beat until combined.
• Sift plain flour, baking powder, ground ginger and cinnamon powder into a bowl. Add in the butter mixture bit by bit.
• Once the dough comes together, wrap with plastic wrap and rest it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or best overnight.
• Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll the dough to 5mm on a floured surface and cut it out with a gingerbread men cutter.
• Bake for 10 mins. Let it cool completely on a wire rack and decorate with royal icing.
