- 1/2 Tablespoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup Luke Warm Water
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Chopped nuts, such as pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup Hot Whipping Cream
- sprinkles for garnish
- 1 cup grated chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil for frying
