Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Brown onion, thinly sliced
• 2 Celery stalks, chopped
• 2 Medium carrots, chopped
• 2 Medium zucchinis, chopped
• 2 Gloves garlic, crushed
• 2 tsp Freshly chopped thyme or rosemary
• 2 425g tins lentils, drained
• 2 300g tins Heinz Beanz caramelised onion flavour
• - Salt flakes & cracked black pepper, to taste
• 2 cups Mashed potatoes
• 1/2 cup Fresh breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
