- 1 cup (250 ml) Canadian butter
- softened
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) honey
- 2 limes
- juice and zest
- 2 minced habanero pepper
- seeded and stemmed
- ¼ cup (60 ml) minced chives
- 1 clove garlic
- minced
- ½ tsp (3 ml) salt
- ½ tsp (3 ml) black pepper
- 1 paper cup (250 - 475ml)
- Edible candle wick (with sustainer)
- Serve with
- Fresh baguette
- Charcuterie of your choice
