Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- ¾ cup fresh lemon juice (about 5 lemons)
- ¾ cup white granulated sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ tsp vanilla essence/extract
- ½ cup unsalted butter (cold and cut in cubes)
- 1 drop yellow gel colour or pinch of turmeric (OPTIONAL)
