• 500 g chicken breast
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp coriander seeds
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger
• 2 tbsp fresh coriander
• 50 g butter
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 300 mg water
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
• salt and pepper
