Strawberry Lime Poppyseed Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• ¼ c strawberries (about 3-4 LG) cut in halves
• ¼ c lime juice (approx. 2 limes)
• ¼ c Extra Virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbs honey
• salt & pepper, to taste
• 1 tsp poppy seeds
• 1/2 Medjool date, chopped
• 1 t poppy seeds
