Ingredients

• 1 cup Greek Yogurt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 medium yellow onion, diced
• 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 1 medium jalapeño, finely diced
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 28 oz container crushed tomatoes
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 2 tsp honey
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
• 3 cup cooked basmati rice, to serve
