Gail's Famous Christmas Punch

Ingredients

• 1 gallon apple cider
• 1 quart cranberry juice
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cloves
• 1 orange, sliced
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 1 lime, sliced
• 1 quart ginger ale, chilled
