• 5 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic Spelt Flour may need up to six and a half cups
• ½ cup ground flax seed
• 1 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
• 1 ¼ cups molasses (look for unsulphured varieties_
• 1 ½ tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons fresh ginger peeled and minced
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup coconut oil
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips or semi-sweet baking chocolate
