Air-fryer Curly Fries with Chipotle Aioli - Finding Caroly

Ingredients

• 2 large russet potatoes
• 2 T. olive oil
• 1 t. salt
• 1/2 t. black pepper
• 1/2 t. garlic power
• 1/2 t. smoked paprika
• 1 large egg at room temperature
• 1/2 t. lime juice
• 1 t. rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 t. dijon mustard
• 1/4 t. sea salt
• 1 clove granulated garlic
• 1 c. sunflower oil
• 1 T. of chipotle adobo sauce (or use part of one cut finely diced)
