Ingredients

  • Toss the shrimp in your favorite Cajun seasoning before you cook them!
  • After cooking, sprinkle your favorite freshly chopped herbs on top of the shrimp. This is especially tasty when you’re adding the shrimp to pasta or rice dishes.
  • Or add a bit of Asian flavor to your shrimp by marinating them in a teriyaki or soy sauce based marinade before you cook them.
  • 1 lb Raw Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Parsley (chopped for garnish if desired)
  • Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl and add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in an oven preheated to 400ºF.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, indicating that they are fully cooked.
