- Toss the shrimp in your favorite Cajun seasoning before you cook them!

- Or add a bit of Asian flavor to your shrimp by marinating them in a teriyaki or soy sauce based marinade before you cook them.
- 1 lb Raw Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Parsley (chopped for garnish if desired)
- Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl and add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in an oven preheated to 400ºF.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, indicating that they are fully cooked.
