- 4 and 1/2 cups (1 liter) vegetable oil
- juice of 1 lemon (or 3 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice)
- 1/2 tablespoon Gefen Honey
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Haddar Kosher Salt
- 1 tablespoon white or black pepper
