Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 30 Oreo cookies (60 halves), fillings discarded, cookies finely crushed
• 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• Filling:
• 1/2 C whole milk (do not use low fat)
• 1/4 C heavy cream or half and half
• 30 large marshmallows (or 3/4 of 10 oz bag mini marshmallows)
• 1/4 C creme de menthe liqueur
• 2 Tbsp creme de cacao liqueur
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 to 2 drops green food coloring, optional
• 1 C heavy cream
• Topping:
• Top with chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos
