• 2 lbs (900 g) ground beef, 80/20
• 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
• 1 large egg
• 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely diced
• 3 tablespoons dill pickle relish
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 4 strips raw bacon
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (the reserved half from above)
