Ingredients

• 5 1/4 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tsp. fine sea salt (for batter)
• 3 1/4 sticks unsalted butter, softened (this is 1 3/4 cups butter)
• 2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 4 tsp. vanilla Extract
• 2 lbs pounds semi-sweet chocolate chips
