• 1 lb Ground lamb or beef
• 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 tsp Cumin
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 1/4 cup Water or broth (for filling)
