• 125g softened butter
• 3⁄4 cup caster sugar
• 1⁄2 cup icing sugar
• 1 1⁄4 cup self-raising flour

• 1 tsp bicarb soda

• 300g thickened cream
• 1 1⁄2 oranges, zested
• 350g dark chocolate (54 %), melted
