Sous Vide 'Juicy Lucy' Burger
I didn't think it would meet any burger better than a traditional sous vide recipe — that is, until I met the 'Juicy Lucy'.
Ingredients

- 2 ounces gruyere cheese
- 1/2 pound 90% lean ground beef
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 onion buns, split, for serving
- Lettuce, tomato, onion, and sauce of choice, for serving
