Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh Oregon Blueberries
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 T. lemon zest (approximately two lemons)
- 2 tsp. freeze dried blueberry powder (optional)
- 1 box of your favorite lemon cake mix - plus ingredients for cake mix (typically 3 eggs, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup oil but this may vary depending on the kind of cake mix you’re using)
- 2 1/2 cups fresh Oregon blueberries
- 2 T. lemon zest (approximately 2 lemons)
- 2 T. flour
