• 2 tsp. freeze dried blueberry powder (optional)
• 1 box of your favorite lemon cake mix - plus ingredients for cake mix (typically 3 eggs, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup oil but this may vary depending on the kind of cake mix you’re using)
• 2 1/2 cups fresh Oregon blueberries
• 2 T. lemon zest (approximately 2 lemons)
• 2 T. flour
