• 1 Everything Pagel, sliced in half and toasted
• 1 free range egg
• ½ ripe pear, sliced thin
• 1 tbsp fig jam
• 1 tbsp cream cheese
• 1 tsp olive oil
• A handful of arugula
• Salt and pepper for seasoning
