Ingredients

• 1 bag of spinach
• 1 can of water chestnuts
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 package of knorr vegtable soup mix (dry)
• 5 lg chopped mushrooms
• 1/2 cup grated mozza cheeze
• 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
• mayo (as much as desired)
