• 2 cups pecans
• 1 cup Carbquik or flour
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 2 pkg.cream cheese
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 cup Splenda
• 1 packet Stevia or Equal
• dash of salt
• 1 large box instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
• 3/4 cup cream
• 1 1/4 cups cold water
• 1 packet Splenda
• 1 container sugar-free whipped cream
• 1 cup fresh sliced berries of your choice
