Apricot Chicken | The Kitchen Scout

Ingredients

• 2 broiler chickens, cut into serving pieces or
• 6 pounds chicken breasts, thighs, or legs
• 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tablespoons lemon or orange juice
• 1/2 cup apricot preserves
• 1 lb. canned apricot, drained and cut in halves
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
